The toxicity of the immunotoxin B3(Fv)-PE38KDEL (IT), Pseudomonas exotoxin (PE), Diphtheria toxin (DT), ricin (RC), and cycloheximide (CY) was determined by MTS assays (24) (see Materials and Methods). IC50 is the concentration that reduces the signal to 50% of cells that were not incubated with toxin.
