Chemotaxis of murine leukocytes to different concentrations of eotaxin

Eosinophils (A) macrophages (B) and neutrophils (C) were subjected to Chemotaxis in a modified Boyden chamber and the number of cells that migrated through the membrane were counted. Control chemotactic stimuli are indicated. The results are expressed as the mean ± SEM for replicate samples.
