Calcium flux in eosinophils in response to various chemokines

(A) Eosinophils were exposed to eotaxin (1000 ng/ml) and subsequently to another dose of eotaxin (1000 ng/ml) followed by MIP-1α exposure (200 ng/ml). (B) Eosinophils were exposed to MIP-1α (1000 ng/ml) and then to eotaxin (250 ng/ml). (C) Eosinophils were exposed to a lower concentration (30 ng/ml) and then to a higher concentration (1000 ng/ml) of eotaxin. (D) Cells were exposed to MCP-1 (200 ng/ml) MIP-1β (200 ng/ml) and then to eotaxin (1000 ng/ml).
