(A) Ten micrograms of total mammary cell RNA was run on an agarose/formaldehyde gel, blotted, hybridized to 32P-labeled protease M probe, and exposed to X-ray film for 20 hr. (B) Ten micrograms of total prostate cell RNA was blotted and hybridized (as in Panel A) and exposed to X-ray film for 20 hr.
