- Vγ9/Vδ2 T cells (clone HH4) were either infected with HIVLAI or mock infected. Infection status was confirmed by p24 assay of cell free culture supernatant. After 18 days of culture, cells were harvested and tested for the ability to proliferate in response to Daudi cells, 5 U/ml IL-2, or medium alone as described in Materials and Methods.
