Whole-mount in situ analysis of isoforms I–III and IV in wild-type and mutant mice

+ /+ (A) and ldGKO/ldGKO (−/−) (B) E11.5 embryos, and dissected mesonephroi from + / + (C) and ldGKO/ldGKO (−/−) (D) E10.5 embryos were hybridized with an isoform I–III RNA antisense probe. +/+ (E) and ldGKO/ldGKO (F) E10.5 embryos, and dissected kidneys from + / + (G) and ldGKO/ldGKO (H) E 13.5 embryos were hybridized with an isoform IV RNA antisense probe.
