Adenovirus-mediated rat sIL-6R expression in four different cell lines

Human lung fibroblast (Human LF), rat lung fibroblast (Rat LF), human HepG2, or rat H35 hepatoma cell lines were infected with Ad5.rsIL-6R and supernatants were collected every 24 hr for 9 days and subjected to a specific ELISA for rat SIL-6R. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM.
