LPS-induced lethality in wild-type and LT-α/TNF−α mutant mice
Groups of 10 mice for each genotype (A, wild type; B, heterozygotes; C, homozygotes) were injected intravenously with the indicated amount of S. typhimurium LPS (O, 200 µg; ●, 400 µg; △, 600 µg; ▲, 800 µg; □, 1000 µg; ■, 1200 µg; ♦, 1600 µg). Lethality was monitored daily for 7 days and the percentage of surviving animals is presented. No death occurred after day 6.
