The 9E10 mouse hybridoma cell line presents IgG on the cell surface. The relative amount of IgG on the cell surface was determined both by FACS and by immunoassay. FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG bound cells were analyzed by FACS and the results given as the mean fluorescence of the sorted cells (bar graph). For the immunoassay, the HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG bound cells were resuspended in ABTS and citrate buffer and the absorbance measured at 405 nm (line graph).
