PA-c-Myc uses c-Myc antibody to enter 9E10 hybridoma cells. PA (A) and PA-c-Myc (B) were serially diluted into 96-well plates in the presence of 100 ng/ml of the LF fusion, FP59, with or without the c-Myc peptide (5.5 µg/ml) as a competitor. Half of the samples also contained the additional competitor PA SNKEΔFF at 0, 5, or 20 µg/ml. After 50–60 hr of toxin challenge, XTT was added to determine cell viability.
