Serum transaminase (ALT and AST) levels were determined in mice infused with a total of 4 × 1011 particles of both vectors (Ad.CMV.rhHGF or Ad.CMV.lacZ) mixed at different ratios. The ratio of Ad.CMV.lacZ:Ad.CMV.rhHGF (× 1011) particles is indicated on the x-axis.
