One representative CD4+ (■) and one representative CD8+ () T-cell clone from Kawasaki disease (KD) patients were stimulated with different amounts of recombinant heat shock protein (HSP) 65. (A) Interleukin (IL)-2 and (B) tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α productions were quantified in culture supernatants by ELISA, as described in “Materials and Methods.” SD, standard deviation.
