Equilibrium binding of 125 I-IL-4 to AIDS-KS cells

Cells were surface labeled with 125I-IL-4 as described in Materials and Methods. The displacement curve (top panel) and Scatchard analysis (lower panel) for KS248 and NCB-59 are representative of the several experiments performed for each AIDS-KS cell line. The average binding sites/cell and receptor affinity for each cell line are tabulated in Table 1. The binding data were analyzed with LIGAND software program (39).
