(B) Immunoblot analysis of phospho-p38 MAPK measured by immunoprecipitation of cell lysates treated with sense (S) or antisense (AS) phosphothioated p38 MAPK oligonucleotides for 10 days. Cells were grown as described in Materials and Methods.
