Correlation between arterial tissue AGE-collagen and circulating serum AGE-ApoB levels in non-diabetic patients with ASCVD disease

Tissue AGE-collagen and serum AGE-ApoB levels were measured by ELISA as described. Data represent the mean ± SD of triplicate measurements. There was a significant correlation between tissue AGE-collagen (U/mg) and plasma AGE-ApoB (U/mg) (r = 0.707, p < 0.01).
