  1. Cell cycle and Rhodamine 123 (Rh-123) staining was performed and analyzed as described in Fig. 1. Results are shown as the individual data profiles and the mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM) for each population. A Students t-test was applied to all the data and significant differences between normal and CML samples are marked (* p < 0.05). aCML4 is data from a sample of bone marrow.
