Tyrosine phosphorylated villin preferentially associates with PLC-γ1.

(A) PLC-γ1 was immunoprecipitated from the TritonX-100-soluble and insoluble fractions of control (−) and Na+/Pi cotransport up-regulated cells (+). (B) The remaining soluble and insoluble fractions were reprecipitated with anti-villin antibody. Nitrocellulose membranes were probed with monoclonal antibody against phosphotyrosine (representative of a total of 3 experiments). PLC-γ1, phospholipase Cγ1; P-Tyr, phosphotyrosine.
