Characterization of the recombinant CHO cell lines permanently bearing the WT or mutant hETB receptors. The binding assay was performed on intact cells using 100-pM labeled 125I ET-1. 125I ET-1 binding to CHO cells bearing the WT hETB receptor (d), or the mutant hETB receptors G57S (□), R319W () and P383L () was displaced with various concentrations of unlabeled ET-1. Results are expressed in counts per minute (cpm) and correspond to the means 6 SEM of triplicates.
