  1. [14C] sialylated fetuin was prepared as described in Materials and Methods. Subsequent to sialidase and N-glycanase treatment, each sample was subjected to SDS-PAGE. The radioactive materials in fetuin were visualized with a BAS2000 radio image analyzer and the incorporated radioactivity was counted.
