The plaque forming units (pfu/ml) of the media (5 ml) and cell suspensions (0.5 ml) from 25-cm² cultures (1.5 × 10⁶ cells) of HSV-1-infected MRC-5 cells (−BFA) harvested at different times after infection (hpi) and after removal of BFA in samples treated with BFA for 12 hpi. The titers are corrected for infectious virus particles in the PBS wash samples.
