  1. Twenty-four, 48, and 96 hr, after two rounds of electroporation with the indicated concentration of siRNA-F1, siRNA-F2, and siRNA-neo, cells were analyzed by FACS to determine relative FLIP-L-GFP expression. The product of percentage of positive cells and the corresponding mean fluorescence intensity of mock electroporated cells was defined as 100%.
