  1. Twenty-four and 48 hr, after two rounds of electroporation with the indicated siRNAs (150 nM), cells were analyzed by FACS to determine relative FLIP-S-GFP expression. The product of percentage of positive cells and the corresponding mean fluorescence intensity of mock electroporated cells was defined as 100%.
