Cells (2 × 106/ml) were incubated overnight with (A) IgG1 IC, or (B) Bo-SOD1 IC prior RNA and iNOS protein expression (B) as described in the Materials and Methods section, the (C) NO-dependent tumor necrosis factor-α production being evaluated, as described in the Materials and Methods section, in ongoing cultures in the cell-free supernatants after 24 hr of culture. Data are from one representative experiment out of four different experiments where data were comparable.
