  1. Cells (2 × 106 cells/ml) were incubated for 48 hr in the presence or absence of 100 U/ml of interferon-γ. Cells were then harvested and stained, as described in the Materials and Methods section, with the 2.4G2 anti-Fcγ receptor monoclonal antibody. The data are expressed as the mean ± SD of one experiment (quadruplicate samples) representative out of six.
