Blood glucose levels were measured after 24 hr fasting using calibrated glucometer and insulin levels were obtained by the radioimmunoassay using 125[I]-bovine insulin and a guinea pig anti-porcine insulin antibody for detection. These data represent studies on seven mutant male mice and their normal littermate controls.
