Western blot analysis of bcl-2 family protein expression following Ad-mda7 exposure. (4A) An increase in BAX expression is noted in both human mesothelioma cell lines following transduction (3000 vp/cell, 96 hours post exposure). (4B) A more than 6-fold increase in bax gene expression at the mRNA level following Ad-mda7 exposure is noted by real time PCR in the I-45 mesothelioma cell line.
