Representative fields from accommodated wild-type xenografts. Note the absence of florid vascular lesions and negative P-selectin staining at 60 days after transplantation. High-level staining of cd39 is observed within the vasculature of the grafts. The elements of the rat mononuclear cell infiltrate do not stain for cd39 using the current polyclonal antibodies directed at the mouse protein.
