  1. Presensitized rat recipients were sensitized 7 days prior to transplantation by intraperitoneal injection of 30 × 106 wild-type mouse splenocytes. Where applicable, CVF was injected intraperitoneally 1 day before and on the day after transplantation. CsA was injected daily intramuscularly until the end of each experiment.
