Ultrathin frozen liver sections from a control C3H mouse (A), an untreated spfash mouse (B), and a spfash mouse treated with Ad.mOTC (C) were labeled by rabbit anti-ATPase(c) antibody followed with gold-conjugated goat anti-rabbit antisera.
