The effect of repeated glucocerebroside injections on liver and spleen glucocerebrosidase content of mice transplanted with hematopoietic stem cells from a fetus homozygous for targeted disruption of the glucocerebrosidase gene (KO-1 and KO-2) or homozygous wild-type fetus hematopoietic stem cells (control). Each animal received a total of 1122 µg of glucocerebroside in five divided doses beginning on day 90 posttransplantation. The animals were sacrificed 3 days after the final dose. Spleen, hatched bars; liver, solid bars.
