CD-1® (ICR) mice were mated overnight and the presence of a vaginal plug on female mice was designated as embryonic day 0.5 (E0.5). For early pregnancy exposure, daily intravenous injection was started from E5.5 for 3 consecutive days, with the injection vehicle and dose as described in the Methods; for late pregnancy exposure, daily intravenous injections commenced on E11.5 and continued for 2 more days. Various test samples from maternal and fetal tissues were collected at E16.5
