rhMFG-E8 attenuates organ injury and hypoxia in CLP after acute alcohol exposure. Serum levels of (a) AST, b ALT, and (c) lactate were increased rats subjected to CLP and treated with vehicle (human albumin) compared with sham surgery, and lower in rats subjected to CLP and treated with rhMFG-E8.
