miR-372-3p suppressed the proliferation, migration and invasion of osteosarcoma cells in vitro. U2OS cells were transfected with mimics NC, miR-372-3p mimics, inhibitor NC, or miR-372-3p inhibitor. Cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8 assay (A) and colony formation assay (B); cell apoptosis was analysed by flow cytometry (C); and cell migration and invasion were detected by wound healing assay (D) and transwell assay (E).
