Expression of circKIF4A, miR-139-3p and Wnt5a in several glioma cell lines and tissues. The expression level of circKIF4A (a) miR-139-3p (b) and Wnt5a (c) was detected by qRT-PCR in glioma tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The correlation between circKIF4A and miR-139-3p (d), circKIF4A and Wnt5a (e), miR-139-3p and Wnt5a (f) expression were determined by Spearman correlation analysis. g The protein level of Wnt5a was detected by immunohistochemical in glioma tissues and adjacent normal tissues.
