CQ consolidates LC3 expression in ischemic muscle. Immunohistochemical analysis of cross sections of nonischemic and ischemic tibialis anterior (TA) muscle from WT (C57Bl6/J) mice at 24 h after femoral artery ligation (FAL) treated with either PBS or CQ (50 mg/kg) for 21 days prior to unilateral FAL.
