Effect of miR-146a mimics and miR146a inhibitor on activation of TLR2 signaling in monocyte. a C57BL/6 mice were treated with OVA/alum (i.p.), and PLF (peritoneal lavage fluids) were harvested 4 h after treatment to purify inflammatory monocytes by sorting. Sorted monocytes were transfected with miR-146a mimics or miR146a inhibitor (500 nM) for 3 days, the TLR2 agonist was set as positive control.
