Knockdown of circCELSR1 repressed migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells via targeting miR-598. Cell migration of SKOV3 and A2780 were measured by wound healing assays (a) and quantification of relative migration rate (b) in SKOV3 and A2780 cells transfected with sh-circCELSR1, miR-598 mimics or miR-598 inhibitor. Cell invasion of SKOV3 and A2780 were measured by transwell system mediated cell invasion assays (c) and quantification of number of invaded cells (d).
