miR-325-3p regulates CRC stimulated osteoclastogenesis. a OCPs were isolated through FACS and maintained in DEME or CT-26 CM and transfected with agomir-325-3p, antagomir-325-3p or negative controls in the presence of RANKL and M-CSF for 4 days.
