Fendrr regulates NLRC4-mediated microglial pyroptosis through HERC2. Exposing mouse BV-2 cells to high glucose (HG) followed by hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R), and the cells were transfected or co-transfected with pcDNA3.1 (control), pcDNA3.1-Fendrr and pcDNA3.1-HERC2.
