PRP reduces doxorubicin exposure-increased susceptibility to osteoarthritis. The 12-week-old C57BL/6J mice were under DMM surgery for 1 week and received doxorubicin (10 mg/kg) injection and/or intra-articular injection of 15 μL PRP every week.
