H19 inhibited Treg cell proliferation and promoted its differentiation to Tfh cells. BMMSCs were transfected with H19-NC, H19-OE or H19-KD and then co-cultured with Treg cells at a ratio of 1:10 for 3 days. H19-OE suppressed Treg cell proliferation (A) and absolute number (B).
