Effect of NAM on AKT/NF-κB signaling pathway in RAW264.7. The experiment was divided into 5 groups: NT, LPS, LPS + 0.5 mM, LPS + 1 mM and LPS + 2 mM. a–d NAM was added 1 h before LPS was added, and the total protein of the cells was collected after LPS treatment for 3 h. The phosphorylation of AKT, IκBα and P65 were detected by western blot. The values are presented as the mean ± SD (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.001, ***p < 0.001 and ****p < 0.0001)
