Characterization of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells stably transfected with Rab31. MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were stably transfected with either the plasmid pRcRSV-Rab31 or with the vector alone. A Western blot analysis. In addition to vector control cells, the Western blot shows two independently selected Rab31-overexpressing MDA-MB-231 cell clones.
