Eriodictyol alleviates Aβ aggregation and Tau hyperphosphorylation in APP/PS1 mice. A Aβ aggregation was measured using Congo red staining. B The levels of Aβ and p-Tau in the brains of mice were detected using IHE assay. C, D Levels of p-Tau, Tau and Aβ in the cortex and hippocampus of mice were measured using Western blot analysis. β-Actin was used as a loading control. The dose of eriodictyol was 50 mg/kg, and the mice were intraperitoneally injected three times a week for 3 months
