FZD7 was positively correlated with the expressions of CTNNB1, SMAD3 and TGF-β1 at the gene level, with Pearson co-efficient values of 0.487 (P = 5.51e−13), 0.438 (P = 1.45e−10), and 0.464 (P = 8.02e−12) respectively (A). Western blotting assay confirmed that the level of active β-catenin, SMAD3 and TGF-β1 was decreased after FZD7 silenced (B).
