Results of analysis for differentially expressed genes in irradiated compared to sham-irradiated fibroblasts from donors with a first primary neoplasm only (N1), donors with at least one second primary neoplasm (N2+), and cancer-free controls (N0) 4 h after exposure to A 0.05 Gray and B 2 Gray including the interaction of group status and radiation dose. The data are presented for model 1 (considering age at sampling and sex). The highlighted genes were selected based on the data structure of each comparison, to highlight top-ranking genes: if their p-value was among the top 0.01% of that data set, p-value < 0.15, and/or log₂ fold-change> |0.75|.
