A Tyrosine, phenylalanine, and tryptophan owned a lower rate of biochemical conversion after FoxO3a depletion. B Our intracellular metabolic result showed differences in long-chain unsaturated fatty acids between sh-NC and knockdown groups, and differential metabolites mostly belong to omega-6 or omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are mainly involved in inflammation and migration progress. Results are shown as mean ± SEM, n = 3, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001
