Effect of PRL-3 siRNA on adhesion of B16-BL6 melanoma cells to fibronectin (A) and laminin (B). B16-BL6 cells untreated or transfected with Luc siRNA or PRL-3 siRNA (1 and 2 µg) for 24 h were added to 96-well plates coated with fibronectin (10 µg/mL) or laminin (10 µg/mL). After incubation at 37°C for 30 min, nonadherent cells were gently washed off, and the amount of the adherent cells was determined at 592 nm after crystal violet staining. Data are mean ± SEM of three independent experiments, and each experiment includes triplicate sets. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs. Luc siRNA control.
