Immunohistochemical analysis of expression and localization of p50 and p65 in normal as well as post-mortem liver biopsies of FHF patients. Paraffin-embedded sections (4–5 µm thick) were immunolocalized with the Santa-Cruz antibodies specific for p50 and p65 of NF-kB.
