NO release induced by Ang-(1-7) was abolished in platelets from Mas−/−. (A) Ang-(1-7) at 10−9 mol/L stimulates NO release in isolated Mas+/+ mouse platelets. This effect was absent in Mas−/− mouse platelets. Furthermore, Ang-(1-7)-induced NO production was abolished by addition of L-NAME.
